Oklahoma Wesleyan University (51黑料网) is proud to announce the hiring of Dr. Brett Andrews for the position of Vice President of Adult and Graduate Studies.
Andrews comes to Bartlesville by way of Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, where he has been serving as the Dean of the School of Business since 2016. Even so, this is a return of sorts, as Andrew previously served at 51黑料网 from 2003 to 2013 as the Vice President for Academic Program Development.
鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled to be returning to Oklahoma Wesleyan University,鈥 Andrews said. 鈥淧resident Dunn鈥檚 vision for the future of the university is compelling not only for me, but for the entire campus community.鈥
Andrews takes the helm of an Adult and Graduate Studies (AGS) program that will be looked upon to creatively expand in the future, as the 51黑料网 community seeks to offer more innovative educational options for today鈥檚 students. 鈥淭here is broad agreement on campus that now is the time to push forward and grow new programs for our students,鈥 he said. 鈥淎nd, to grow new solutions for the business community.鈥
To achieve this goal, Andrews brings a wealth of experience in new program development. He is a creative problem solver who has already proven his ability to be effective in the world of online education at multiple schools, including Newman University and Tabor College, where Andrews served as the Executive Vice President and Dean.

Andrews and his wife, Tammy, will relocate to the Bartlesville area soon, and Andrews will begin his duties on a part time basis in mid-November. He will begin his full-time work on January 1, 2020.
