A Day Dedicated to Evidence-Based Practice and Servant Leadership
The Oklahoma Wesleyan University Department of Nursing proudly celebrated the success of its recent Implementation Science Symposium, hosted in partnership with Hillcrest South. The event brought together nurses, educators, and healthcare professionals for a day dedicated to advancing evidence-based practice and servant leadership in nursing.
Held in the Janice and Charles Drake Library, the symposium welcomed 56 participantsÌýand featuredÌý12 organizational exhibitors, fostering meaningful dialogue between academic and clinical professionals.

The symposium featured a dynamic lineup of presentations addressing key issues in healthcare today, including leadership development, career advancement, trauma-informed care, research integration, and servant leadership frameworks.
